"Eugene helped me with strength, balance, and flexibility. He helped give me an understanding that each one was just as important as the other. His training methods are great for anyone at any level of fitness."

"I love training with Eugene. He challenged me to push myself and do things that I did not think I could do. I like that we did not do the same workouts every week. Variety keeps it challenging."

"Eugene is an Atlas. He made me care about movement, made notice of anatomy in a way that was specific to my growth, and I, to this day, spend my time in the gym growing myself in ways and techniques that I learned from him."
Ellen R., PHL
"Aside from being a great yoga teacher, I also call eugene "the healer". After 12 therapy sessions with him, i've become a better yogi, perfecting once difficult poses. Eugene has showed me a holistic approach to healing."
Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. It is the means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the center of consciousness within; it is a science, which means that the process of meditation follows a particular order, has definite principles, and produces results that can be verified.
In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused.
Eugene’s interest in meditation was a direct result of the deepening of his yoga practice: He has been attending annual Vipassana retreats (an ancient technique first taught by the Buddha himself) since 2009 also volunteering on site as a senior meditator. He is a member of the Ananda Centre for Yoga and Meditation.
He now strongly believes that by control of the mind, anything can be achieved; that is why he passionately advocates it and teaches it to his clients, as an additional and fundamental mean to achieve holistic health.
